About the Snowsports School
For more than 50 years, the professionals of the Crystal Mountain Snowsports School have inspired passion in skiers and riders of all ages and abilities.
In Crystal Mountain Resort you’ll find more than 300 instructors ready to teach everything from beginner basics to advanced skills. Whether you are looking to learn the basics of carving down the slopes or aspire to master expert backcountry terrain, the Crystal Mountain Snowsports School can accommodate all skill levels. We offer instruction from beginner to advanced levels in Private, Kids, Youth & Adult Group Lessons of ski and snowboard lessons.
Online registration is strongly recommended as space is limited. Our new Express Check-In is available when using Online Registration. This offers guaranteed lesson availability and the best possible lesson rate. Online registration must be completed 24 hours prior to lesson time. Same day walk in lessons may be available and we will try to accommodate every request.
Crystal Mountain’s Snowsports School offers daily group, private and specialized ski and snowboard lessons for ages 3 and up.
New this year are adult programs offered for those 18 and older. We offer classes for beginners all the way up to experts looking to take their riding skills to the next level. Progression Sessions focus on the variety of skills needed to handle variable snow conditions and the different terrain at Crystal. We have also created other programs to help adults conquer the steeps and challenging terrain that Crystal Mountain has to offer.
Mountain Sports Team
Offering the highest quality learning experience with professionally trained and certified coaches, Mountain Sports Teams are a great way for your child to learn and progress while making new friends on the mountain. Our coaches will provide an all-day experience in a fun and safe learning environment for your children.
Crystal Mountain Resort is pleased to offer Freeride Programs designed for a variety of athletes of all ages, from good riders seeking an introduction to Freeride to the highest competition-level athletes, with different levels of participation offered over the course of the winter.
