Parking Reservation Information for the 2024/25 Season

Reservations for the 2024/25 season are available now.

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we want to inform you of updates to our parking process. Based on experience, we've found that parking reservations significantly improve the guest experience by allowing visitors to plan their ski days more effectively and avoid the frustration of arriving without a parking spot on peak days.

Crystal Mountain guest parking this season

Reservation Requirement:

  • As in past years, all guests arriving before noon on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays must make a parking reservation. The only exceptions are for Anytime A Lot and Gold Hills parking pass holders.
  • Holiday Dates: December 26–January 1, Martin Luther King Day (January 20), and President's Day (February 17).

Reservation Details:

  • The reservation system will open on November 22, with bookings available starting November 30.
  • Guests can reserve parking for the entire season for a $10 per-day fee or for free within a rolling 7-day window (starting at midnight) with the purchase of lift access. Reservations can be canceled but are non-refundable.
  • No reservations are required Monday through Friday or after Noon Saturday & Sunday.
  • On days when parking reservations are required, reservations are guaranteed until noon. After noon, parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • During peak times, pulsing vehicles help ensure smooth flow and optimize attendants' directions to guests at the entrance to the parking lots. The goal is to reduce wait times overall and provide options for emergency vehicles entering or exiting the grounds.

Lift Access:

  • Guests with an Ikon Pass, Crystal Mountain Pass, 3-Day Frequency Pass, day tickets, or any other lift access product can use their pass number or email confirmation for a free parking reservation within a rolling 7-day window (starting at midnight).
  • Guests who have not purchased lift access to utilize Crystal Mountain parking lots will be charged $10 for a parking reservation. If a lift access product is purchased after arriving at the mountain, the $10 parking fee will be credited toward the purchase at the ticket booths and Guest Services.

Carpool Information:

  • Carpools must be 4+ total occupants
  • Carpool Reservations: On days when reservations are required, all carpools must make a parking reservation. When making your reservation, please select a normal reservation. We will manually verify carpool status upon arrival, directing carpooling vehicles to park in the South End of C Lot (uphill end). If C Lot is full, your vehicle will be redirected to available lots.
ADA Parking Reservations
  • For guests with an ADA parking permit, parking reservations are required on weekends and holidays. Upon arrival, please show the parking attendants the ADA permit to be directed to the respective parking spots.

Parking Without Reservation

Penalty for No Reservation:

  • Vehicles without a reservation will be stopped at F Lot. If space is available, guests will be asked to make a reservation on-site for a $20 fee. If parking reservations are full, no on-site parking reservations will be available.
  • If parking reservations are full, guests will not be allowed to park in Crystal Mountain lots.
  • Parking attendants auditing the lots will also be subject to secondary enforcement, and cars without reservations will be ticketed.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

  • To ensure a fair experience for all our guests, we are implementing a ticketing policy for our reservation system. When you reserve a spot and are a no-show, you take the opportunity away from another skier or rider. If a guest has two no-shows, their ability to make future reservations will be suspended.
  • No-shows will be tracked through the parking enforcement system; two no-shows will result in your license plate being suspended from making future reservations. Guests can resolve this by calling SP+ parking support.
  • Guests who park without a reservation will be ticketed through parking enforcement as follows:
    • 1st Offense: $40
    • 2nd Offense: $80
    • 3rd Offense: $120
  • Unpaid Parking Reservation Cancellation Policy: You may cancel unpaid reservations until 6:00 AM the day of the event. Cancellations after 6:00 AM will be counted as no-shows.
  • Paid Parking Reservation Cancellation Policy: It is not possible to cancel paid parking reservations and they are also nonrefundable. No exceptions.
