Contractor Access

TO REQUEST ACCESS TO CRYSTAL MOUNTAIN FACILITIES, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Access must be requested Monday–Friday, during business hours, 72 hours prior to date needed.
Fill out the Contractor Access Form below.
Download, read, and sign the On-Mountain Driving Regulations document.
Download, read, and forward the Insurance Requirements document to your own Insurance Company for assistance in obtaining the proper COI.
After we have reviewed and approved these materials, we will approve your visit and arrange for your access.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Driving requirements must be reviewed and signed by the ONSITE driving personnel. All vehicles must be 4-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is not acceptable.
